“We live in earthquake belt. And it is not that hard to create a earthquake kit for yourself. Gallon of water, first aid kit, manually chargeable flashlight / radio etc etc. Not that hard, yet few of us have it.
A couple of months ago I saw the Google employees walking around with nifty backpacks. They were earthquake kits that Google created for and gave all its employees.
That was so nice. It even had water! The company did not have to do it, to me it was about going to extra step for their employees.
This is why Google employees are so loyal to their company, the company tries to care for them and the employees care back.”

A Google tem 10 anos! E muito do que é hoje é porque a sua postura com os trabalhadores é bastante fora do comum mas que no entanto deveria ser igual em todo o lado.
Naturalmente que nem todas as empresas (especialmente em Portugal) podem ter as condições da Google, que alguns até podem pensar que são extravagantes. Mas o princípio é que deve ser considerado. O facto de os trabalhadores sentirem que a empresa se importa, ouve e lhes dão liberdade… isso é o que basta para haver maior motivação e logo maior produtividade.
É um exemplo a seguir!
